Returns & Exchange Policy

At Saanti Pharma, we value your trust and are committed to providing you with high-quality healthcare and wellness products. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical and personal care items, our return and exchange policy follows strict guidelines to ensure product safety and hygiene.

1. Products Eligible for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You have received a wrong product.
  • The product is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product is expired or is nearing expiry (less than 3 months remaining) at the time of delivery.

⚠️ For safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products.

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is mandatory.
  • In case of damaged/incorrect product, clear photos or videos must be shared with our support team.

3. Refund/Replacement Process

  • Once your request is verified, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (if serviceable).
  • After inspection at our facility, either a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned/exchanged:

  • Prescription medicines
  • Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., insulin, vaccines)
  • Personal care, hygiene, and skincare products that have been opened
  • Any product without its original packaging, seal, or label
