- We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our trusted logistics partners.
- In case your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you promptly and assist with alternatives.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities & towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote/Interiors: 5–10 business days
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (as displayed on the website).
- For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee will be charged and shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order status through our website or courier partner’s tracking page.
5. Delivery Guidelines
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Customers are requested to be available at the address and verify the product upon delivery.
- For prescription medicines, the delivery agent may request ID proof or prescription verification.
6. Delays & Liability
- While we ensure timely dispatch, Saanti Pharma is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
- If your order is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact our support team for assistance.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, kindly report it within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement/refund.
